Candidate Privacy Notice

This notice is provided to every applicant at the point of application, in line with European data-protection expectations.

What we collect from applicants

Only information reasonably necessary for recruitment: your name, email, phone number, country and city of residence, CV, relevant experience, work-authorization status, preferred work arrangement, availability and, optionally, a LinkedIn profile.

What we will never ask for

We do not request banking details, credit or debit card information, passwords, cryptocurrency payments, gift cards, or unnecessary identity documents during an initial job application. Identity or right-to-work evidence is only ever requested by the employer at a later, appropriate stage of a genuine process.

How your application is used

Your application is reviewed against the role requirements. If shortlisted, and with your consent, your details may be shared with the prospective employer. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or employment; hiring decisions belong to the employer.

Consent and withdrawal

You provide consent through the checkbox on the application form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing talent@vertaxtalentgroup.com, and we will stop processing your data for recruitment purposes and delete it unless we are required to retain it.

Retention

Application records are retained only as long as necessary for the recruitment purpose, plus a limited period so we can consider you for similar future roles. After that they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Requests can be sent to talent@vertaxtalentgroup.com and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
