For candidates: name, contact details, country and city of residence, CV content, professional history, work-authorization status, working-arrangement preferences and availability, plus any information you choose to include in your application.

For employers: company name, contact name, business contact details, website, and the details of the hiring requirement you submit.

Website data: essential cookies required to operate the site, and optional analytics data only where you have consented.

To assess candidate suitability, to introduce candidates to prospective employers with their consent, to respond to employer hiring requirements, to communicate with you, and to comply with legal obligations. Our lawful bases are typically consent, performance of a contract, and legitimate interests in operating a recruitment service.

Candidate details are shared with a prospective employer only where relevant to a role and where you have consented. We also use service providers such as hosting and email providers, who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

Because we serve European and Gulf markets, data may be transferred outside the EEA. Where that happens, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism.

Candidate data is retained only as long as necessary for recruitment purposes. Where an application is unsuccessful, we retain the record for a limited period so we can consider you for future roles, and delete or anonymise it after that period unless you ask us to keep it longer. Employer enquiry data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and any applicable legal retention period.

Subject to applicable law you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. We never request banking credentials, card details, passwords or cryptocurrency payments, and you should treat any such request as fraudulent.
